1. Acknowledgment of Voluntary Participation and Risk I, the undersigned, wish to participate in Sari Moves 2026 (the "Event") on May 9, 2026. I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and involves physical activity, including but not limited to stretching, warm-up exercises, physical conditioning, and walking or running on public and private paths. I am aware that inherent risks exist, such as muscle strain, falls, contact with other participants or animals, and unpredictable weather or terrain conditions. I move at my own pace and acknowledge that this is a self-directed, non-supervised activity. I knowingly assume all risks, both known and unknown, that may result in personal injury, property damage, or death.
2. Physical Fitness and Medical Authorization I represent that I am physically capable of participating in the Event. If I am under treatment for any physical infirmity or illness, I confirm my medical provider has approved my participation. In the event of injury or illness, I authorize Event organizers and volunteers to use their discretion to administer first aid or emergency medical treatment. I understand that I am solely responsible for my own medical insurance.
3. Comprehensive Release of Liability and Indemnification In consideration of being permitted to participate, I, for myself and my heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby release, forever discharge, and covenant not to sue Saris To Suits Inc., its officers, directors, sponsors, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the "Releasees"). This release includes any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of my participation, even if caused by the negligence or fault of the Releasees. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold the Releasees harmless from any legal fees or expenses incurred as a result of any claim brought by me or on my behalf.
4. Media and Image Release I grant Saris To Suits Inc. irrevocable permission to capture my image, voice, and likeness via film, photography, or recording during the Event. I agree that these materials may be used worldwide, in perpetuity, for any legitimate purpose—including fundraising, social media, and promotional campaigns—without compensation or further approval. I waive the right to inspect or approve the final materials and release the organization from any liability for defamation or invasion of privacy.
5. Minor Participants (Under 18) I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, or that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant listed below. I have read this waiver and agree to all its terms on behalf of the minor.
6. Governing Law and Severability This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. In the event any provision of this waiver is deemed unenforceable by law, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY IN ITS ENTIRETY. I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS AND AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING IT, I AM WAIVING SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS. I SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
